Compare Existing Site
During your free consultation, we'll take a look at your existing site, determine areas that have either become obsolete due to age, don't work, or don't look how you want them. We'll also compare your site to similar businesses. Don't have a current site? No problem, you get to skip this step!
Determine Goals
Do you want to be able to get customers to sign up for your newsletter? Or maybe make a payment, or schedule an appointment? We'll find out the expectations you have of your site to make sure they integrated into your new site.
Pricing Options
We'll present comprehensive pricing options to include web design, training and support. We'll also look at other services you may already use, such as e-mail, that may be able to be combined and save extra money.
Make Decisions
Based on your initial consultation, we'll go back and find some recommendations on site layout, colors and pages. The decision is up to you on how you want your site to look. We'll walk step by step with you on how you'd like your site to look.
Functionality
If you've chosen certain functionality such as online ordering, or appointment booking, we'll work to get everything setup such as your credit card processor, or scheduling software.
Obtain Business Information
Nobody knows your business better than you! Once we determine the pages that will be built, we'll e-mail you a questionnaire that asks questions about your business. For example, operating hours, phone numbers, how the business was founded, your Facebook page, etc. Once this information is obtained, we can start the initial build.
Time to Build!
Your website will be built locally in Madison, WI. Once all information is obtained, we'll begin building your new site. Build time ranges anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on functionality of your site.
Testing included
Our websites go through a full quality testing for functionality, usability and compatibility.
Review your site
Once your initial site is built, we'll send you a link to review and test the site yourself. Any tweaks, changes or issues found by you will be addressed in step 4.
Refine & Tweak
Any changes or modifications to your site will be completed.
Site Sign Off
We'll review your site with you again, make sure everything is in order and seek a sign off. No further changes will be made to your site without your approval.
Training & Support
Any functionality we've built comes with full training for whoever will be administering the site. We also offer different support options that can make your site fully managed, we take care of all changes, just contact our support team.
Go Live!
Once you're ready, we'll go ahead and either replace your current site, or get your first site up and running.
Analytics Enabled
Want to know how many people come to your site? That's included. All our sites come with analytics that show how many customers come to your site per day, and where they're coming from.
Submit to search engines
Included with all website builds. Once your site it up, we'll want to tell search engines like Google and Yahoo to come take a look at it. This ensures you'll show up in search engines for retaliative keywords pertaining to your business.
